Shri Sant Gadge Maharaj Samdhi Temple is situated at Gadge Nagar which is named after this
great man of our age. Here his last rites were performed after his death. Though he was
illiterate he was very visionary and advocated education, cleanliness and
hygiene among the masses. Festivities are in the month of
February. Many Educational institutes are in the vicinity of Gadge
Maharaj Temple and Gadge Nagar. How to reach -It is 4 Km from Amravati Railway station & 4 Km. from Amravati Bus Stand. Ample number of local vehicles and taxis are available from Amravati Railway station & Bus Stand. The vehicles and taxies are also available from Badnera railway station (on Mumbai - Calcutta Rail Route). |
